Important Update Regarding the 2025 Taylor County Fair and Livestock Events

The Taylor County Fair and the Taylor County Jr. Livestock Association have proudly partnered for many years to provide Taylor County 4-H and FFA members with an opportunity to showcase the dedication and hard work they put into raising their livestock projects.

However, due to scheduling changes made to secure a carnival, the 2025 Taylor County Fair will now take place at the same time as the West Virginia State FFA Convention. As both events hold significant importance for our FFA members, a decision was made to hold the Livestock Shows and Sale separately from the Fair this year.

With many of our FFA members traveling to Cedar Lakes to receive awards, compete in events with the potential to advance to the National FFA Convention, and support a fellow member running for a state officer position, we felt it would be unfair to ask them to choose between these valuable opportunities and participating in the Fair.

We wish all of our FFA members the best of luck at the State Convention and look forward to seeing everyone at the Livestock Shows and Sale at the end of July!
